large and small projects, both from the public and private sectors. The Company was founded in 1995. Its owners and key personnel have an extensive construction background with over 40 years of experience. Harmony is owned and operated by William Saienni, Jr. Mr. Saienni has been devoted to the construction business for approximately 40 years. Our experience and expertise in construction enables us to serve customers in the following areas:
Harmony Construction, Inc. has three affiliated companies: Harmony Trucking, Inc., Christiana Materials, Inc., and Harmony Construction of MD, Inc. These affiliated companies enhance our ability to give the customer a focused approach on projects by streamlining operations. Electronic Field Systems have been instituted which allow real-time tracking and monitoring of projects both by field and project management supervision.
